# Quantum Pipes

> Enterprise-grade, offline-first AI hub. Sovereign infrastructure that runs entirely on your hardware.

Quantum Pipes is the on-premise autonomous AI substrate. Instead of sending sensitive data to a frontier API, regulated enterprises run every cognitive operation inside their own perimeter: local inference (Ollama or vLLM), local vector search, local audit, local governance. When a workload genuinely needs a frontier model, an explicit ephemeral cloud action is routed through the Conduit organ with policy review and Capsule-sealed provenance. Nothing is trained on. Nothing is retained.

## Core principles

- Air-gap compatible by default. No feature requires the public internet.
- Sovereign by construction. Customers own the model weights, vectors, prompts, audit chain, and keys.
- Post-quantum cryptography only. Ed25519 + ML-DSA-65 signatures, X25519 + ML-KEM-768 key exchange, SHA3-256, AES-256-GCM, Argon2id. No RSA, ECDSA P-256, MD5, SHA-1, DES, 3DES, or RC4.
- Capsule everything. Every meaningful operation produces an immutable, hash-chained, post-quantum-signed audit record.
- Clean architecture, never violated. API, Core, Domain, Infrastructure boundaries are absolute.
